We understand that price changes can have effects on people in our community. That’s why we want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our pricing. We want our community to feel well-informed, have their say, and have their questions answered.
After trialing per user price for the 3 months in a row we decided to change our pricing model. We found that per user pricing has one major issue:
The new pricing model will fix this issue. Perfect Wiki subscription price will be $35/mo per team in Microsoft Team, no matter how many users in the team or documents you have. To clarify, if you have only one team in your company and you add a Perfect Wiki tab to it you will be charged $35/mo no other fees. If your company has separate teams in Microsoft Teams for HR, Finance, IT, etc. and you add a Perfect Wiki tab to each team then you’ll be charged $35/mo per team.
New subscription price includes unlimited number of users (both editors & viewers), unlimited number of wiki pages and all existing & upcoming features of Perfect Wiki.
We hope that the new pricing model will make it a lot easier for managers & directors to predict the actual price of Perfect Wiki. For customers who have a lot of teams in Microsoft Teams to manage (for example, digital agencies and IT consulting firms who create a new team for each project/client) we will provide individual discounts based on volume.
