Common questions

Do you accept credit cards?

Yep, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal. Payment methods can vary based on your country. All payments are processed and secured by FastSpring.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yep, you can cancel your subscription any time. Go to "Account & Settings" > "Billing" > "Manage Subscription".

How can I find out how many users I have?

Go to "Account & Settings" > "Users", all users that have "Admin" or "Member" roles count as users. (Users in your team labeled as “Blocked” do not have access to Perfect Wiki and do not count as paid users.)

How can I assign user licenses?

Perfect Wiki inherits user lists from Microsoft Teams teams. Go to "Account & Settings" > "Users", all users that have "Admin" or "Member" roles are paid users, if you want to remove the license from a user, assign them to “Blocked”.

Do public users count as paid accounts?

We count all users of your organization who have access to Perfect Wiki. We do not count external users (publicly accessible pages).

Can I upgrade/downgrade the number of users?

Any time, reach out to us at hello@perfectwiki.com to upgrade/downgrade.

Do you automatically bill for new users added to Perfect Wiki?

No, if you buy a license for 5 users and later realize you need more users, email us at hello@perfectwiki.com to upgrade your license.

Does a subpage count as a page?

Yes. Subpages are actually the same thing as a page, they are just located under a parent page. So if you have the Free Plan, you will have a limit of 25 pages per channel, including any subpages you create (e.g. 1 page with 1 subpage is 2 pages total).

How secure is Perfect Wiki?

All user content is stored within US and EU regions of Google Cloud. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ with perfect forward secrecy. Servers holding user data will use full disk, industry-standard AES 256 encryption.

What is a wiki page?

We use the term wiki page to describe a page in Perfect Wiki that contains your company’s shared knowledge on a topic, procedure, or department. You can fit as much information as you want on one wiki page (no word count limit).
