Moreover, when we tried to test the app - nothing happened at all. After sharing a file and asking a question - no activity was tracked. As well as after launching a test query offered by the starting page of the app. No loading, error messages - just nothing. There was no guidance or support offered for onboarding. Maybe some configurations or access rights are requires but we didn't manage to figure this out as first time users. Unfortunately, setting all this up and launching it inside the team will be problematic for HR teams, especially if there's no dedicated it/tech specialist.
Also, we didn't find any analytics tab, so there's no option to track the app performance and questions asked by the users.
